Sometimes you need other opinions. do you think this is implantation bleeding or breakthrough bleeding?

im 18 years old. i was on birth control for a year until i got really sick and had to have surgery to remove endometriosis and cysts. after that, the doc reccomended i start taking birthcontrol again to slow down the growing of endometriosis. i've been on it for four months. never before did i experience breakthrough bleeding or problems with it i actually asked the doc to keep me on the same pill because i liked it so much. this month of february has been a rollercoaster ride and i proved to be very irresponsible with my pills for the first time. the first week i missed 2 or 3 pills but made them up the day after. second week i missed another 2 pills but made those up also. now im a couple days into the third week but i dont feel right. i started spotting a couple days ago, it wasnt a normal red, it was actually a brown color. i wouldn't be surprised if i just simply screwed this month up and am now having a breakthrough bleeding. but i started looking into it and heard about implantation bleeding. could i have gotten pregnant this month? my are soar, but thats normal for someone who has fybrocystic disease. i've had really bad headaches the past week, i've been moody, tired, i get a very sick feeling in my stomach throughout the day, and i've had the worst cramps from both sides of my lower stomach. i see a new doctor on march 12 but it seems so far away. anyone have an opinion? is it breakthrough bleeding? is my endometriosis and cysts back after only four months? did i get myself pregnant? i forgot to mention the obvious, me and my boyfriend of 2 years have been having unprotected the whole time and he does in me...
