Can Malcolm Jenkins cover Derrick Williams, Deon Butler or Jordan Norwood?

Yes, he is a great cover corner. Washington and Chekwa are talented as well. The real question is can the OSU D line shut down the running lanes, and can the safeties and linebackers cover the middle routes. I think the OSU defense is going to hold Penn State to 24 points or so, but I am not sure the offense can score that many.
