Can I counter sue a neighbor that had me (pregnant & all) arrested for supposedly aulting her?

As I was picking up after my dog, this woman came out of her home screaming at me because my dog had decided to do his business in front of her home (even though I was picking up). She was very vulgar & used profanity. I defended myselft saying that she was screaming at the wrong person and that next time she should look closer & not be stupid. With that she began to threaten me with her daughter. Saying that she was going to get me in a lot of trouble. I don't know if she noticed that I'm pregnant but the last thing I would want right now is to have any problems (i'm here trying to enjoy my pregnancy). Later on I was arrested (at 8mos pregnant!) without any probable cause. I went through emotional stress, humiliation, and body aches. I'm wondering if I can sue her for what she unfairly made me go thru. Or do you think this will get dismissed? My dog is registered and it was just heresay (just an exchange of words) I can't think of any reason why I would get a fine. She totally maliciously altered the story for the police report making it look like she was the victim.
