Can someone please take the audio off a video for me?

I have 3 or 4 videos from the Rock the Bells show. The video sucks. The audio is not all that bad. If I send them to you, can you take the audio off the video for me and make it either wma or mp3? feel free to keep the video and audio for yourself too.
