TV digital changeover?

Does that mean they get no TV at all? Or do they receive off-the air signals from a broadcast TV station? If it is the latter, the station will convert to digital broadcast on or before Feb 17, 2009. If they can get reception now, they can still get TV, but they will need to get a receiver box that will pick up the new signals and convert them so that their TV can show them. The gov't is supposed to provide vouchers to help pay for those receivers.
