How to learn Cambodian/Thai/Vietnamese language fast.?

Fellow language learners: I am interested in speaking and comprehension quick, not writing/reading. And I want to do it from my home. I've heard of Pimsleur. Companies on the internet selling various programs. I also discovered the government publishes their own audio cets. Any suggestions?
