Well try some of the Uncle Ben's ready made rice! There are a host of flavors. Pop the package in your microwave for 90 seconds and BAM!. I know the perfect way to cook chicken or shrimp. Buy one of the oven bag flavor pouches. These oven bags w/seasoning are located on the spice aisle of your local grocery store. Follow the directions and BAM! I usually add one cup of water inside the oven bag. It makes the meat so tender and juicy. You can also purchase these oven bags separately (located in the ziploc bag area of your grocery store). The good thing about purchasing the oven bags is that you can buy your own preferred spices. If you are going to cook shrimp, I usually buy the lemon pepper spice and add 1/2 cup water. Preheat oven at 400 for fifteen minutes. The shrimp will cook in ten minutes! Delicious! After I squeeze fresh lemon on the shrimp! You will need a metal pan to place the oven bag on!!
