What do I do??!!??! Please help! I wanna die!?

Its Easter and my mom makes so Manu tiny appetizers including wontons, the hot pocket raviolis, pizza snackers, mini tacos, fried perogies and mannyyyy more!!! I ate Soo much of everything and I'm on a diet of 1,200 calories and I know I ate Soo much. I was going to exercise but I dont think it will do anything... I just lost 10 pounds and I have cheerleading tryouts in 2 weeks. I was planning on losing and working out a lot all day this week and lose 10 more brfore tryouts but now I have all this weight too. Should I puke it up then exercise? Idk what to do I just don't want to gain 5 more pounds!!! D:
