Was interested in an honest review on the hands free phone for cars that is bluetooth compatible.?

I can't stand the Bluetooth hands free ear pieces. I've bought the basic one and the noise reduction one, and both were awful (spare me the editorials). And since I've had a hearing test recently (ears are fine) and I had the guy at the phone store double check to make sure I'm operating it right (volume was turned up to max), I know it's not me. Plus, I always think people look retarded when they're walking around looking like they're talking to an imaginary friend, lol. But the car one sounds like it would be a good solution, provided the sound quality is better than their other products. Let me know if you've got one and how good it is.
