Should I quit my Job!?

I am 28 and have worked 7 yrs and currently work for a Large Corporation in India , I am extremly Sincere and Pionate about my work and give it my best , my job Profile involves Scanning contracts and implementing them for us , this job involves high degree of precision and hence a lot of effort to be perfect , because I handle many business units , the volume of work is very high. despite of all the effort I end updoing some mistakes , my boss now tells me quiet often that mistakes are unacceptable and I agree with him but despite of what ever I do they happen , I feel unhappy because I work 7 days a week to make sure everthing goes well yet I fail. When ever I delegate, others mess it up because they are not exposed to my work and dont have the same dedication either . Should I quit and start my life again , by quitting I will forego a handsome Salary and Perks but i feel its better to be brave and find the job which will make me happy, this does not Make me happy anymore?
