Question for people with a COMPLETELY healed tragus piercing.?

okk. ive wanted mine done for awhile. and im really considering it. it looks like they use a thicker bar though and since its cartlige i was wondering if the hole would be big. like say if i wore it for 2 years then thought i didnt like it as much anymore or had to take it out for some reason. i dont even really care if it wouldnt heal completely but likewould the hole be bigger and more noticable then say if i had another lobe piercing?
