How do i get over depression at the age of 15?

Remember impermance.................nothing is forever. I suggest doing everything you can to control the depression,by simplifying your life and thoughts. Exercise to balance the body, control the thoughts and your actions with only positive ones..........you will have a sense of proactivity. Eat super well. spend your time connecting with others, to keep yourself less self obsorbed....if that doesnt work seek medical istance. I am not sure why we spend so much time been hard on life,when all it asks it to be involved and not judged. good luck
