Help...please answer! i need lots of answers!?

My friend has a problem like that, but they aren't pimples, just very small hives. She's allergic to the cold so when she doesn't have enough layers on when she goes outside in the winter she breaks out in that "rash". So, if it occurs in the cold, maybe that's your problem. Maybe you could have also started using a new body wash or deoderant that is also causing that.
