Day 6..Need answers!!?

Hi, we are TTC another baby...I will be out of town starting tommorrow morning for about a week....we had today which is day 6...what are the chances of getting prego this month? My cycle is 28 days and I seem to be like clockwork with ovulating, meaning like on day 14 I ovulate.
