Can someone give me some good concert tips for an All Time Low concert?

Me and some friends are going to the Glamour Kills Tour in Houston Texas House of Blues on October 28th. We plan on getting there like at 4, concerts starts at 7. Is that a good enough time? How much money should we take? We wanted to take a poster, should we? How do we meet them? Please help! Everything that might help us is awesome, thanks!
