Anyone who has had csection(s)..?

I just had a csection with my first daughter a few months ago. I am pretty torn up over it and have since been reading all sorts of horror stories about pregnancies after csections on google. I want at least two kids but I'm terrified that if I get pregnant again my placenta is going to attach to my scar (accreta) or my uterus will abrupt and I'll get a hysterectomy. I'm so anxious about this that I'm getting depressed. Do any of you have positive stories about your pregnancy after a csection? I need to stay away from google I know.
