I have a raddeling noice in my 98 eclipse?

You should make sure to find out what the noise is, because if it were to have anything to do with the new engine, you'd want to take it in immediately for warranty service. It could be a bearing going bad in either the timing belt tensioner or serpentine belt tensioner. Anything that's rotating could cause it. A technician might first disconnect the serpentine belt and see if the noise goes away, but it's difficult if the noise is intermittent. Your main concern should be to have an expert experienced with engines (not the shop that installed the engine) to make sure the noise isn't internal to the new engine.
